What to do if you want to either return or exchange your purchase?

Inform us within 7 days of receiving the order via email. You have 14 days from the time you receive the order to send it back to us on this address:

IMBYOU, 1 Anston Close, Lower Earley, RG6 4AQ.

Once IMBYOU receives and reviews the return, we will either replace it or refund your amount (based on your requirement and subject to availability). If we find any discrepancy in the packaging or item returned, we may need to deduct equivalent amount from your credit. (This will be discussed in detail if the situation arises). Shipping charge cannot be refunded in case of a purchase being returned.

We will not accept returns for any items that have been used or if the packaging has been destroyed. Please check items thoroughly before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.

Made to order designs:
No returns are accepted in Made to Order purchase as these are specifically made for you. Unless these arrive damaged at your end. In which case, kindly share an image of the damaged goods with us and will take steps accordingly.

What happens if you return the item after 14 days?

If you return the purchase after 14 days, then we will issue you a credit note to the amount of the purchase. This credit will be valid for 6 months from the date of release.

The cost of returning the item will have to be paid by you (for UK as well as Overseas). You can email us if you would like us to arrange a pick up.

Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments from outside UK. If the return address is different than the one mentioned above, we will share that with you immediately.

What do I do with the packaging?

You need to keep the packaging intact, and use it to return the item to us.

For customised or “made to order” purchase, we do not offer returns. So do make sure that the item you want to buy is right for you. If you need any further information regarding any designs, please email us on happy people@imbyou.co.uk

What to do if you receive faulty/damaged item.

lot of the designs are handmade; hence it may look slightly faulty and may look different from the image on the website. Please communicate with us if you are unsure about this.

Otherwise straightforward faulty/damaged items are acceptable for return only if they were so at the time of delivery. Email us as soon as you receive the damaged item (with an image if possible), along with the order details at  happypeople@imbyou.co.uk. If you wish to get a replacement, please make your request clear in your email to us. Again, returns are to be made within 14 days of receiving the order.

In case Imbyou is unable to offer a replacement, you have the choice of receiving a credit note or a refund to the value of the item at the time of the purchase (and any shipping cost incurred).
